Tony Kim To Moderate Panel Ft. DC’s Legends of Tomorrow’s Arthur Darvill

Our very own Tony Kim – Crazy4ComicCon webmaster and host of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Podcast – will be moderating several panels at Wizard World Chicago (Thursday, August 20 – Sunday, August 23) and one of them is something that is related to the upcoming Arrow/The Flash spin-off series! Arthur Darvill, who is known for his great character Rory Williams on Doctor Who, and soon as the time master Rip Hunter on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, will be at the “Wibbly Wobbly Timey Wimey” panel which Tony is moderating! In addition, the great Billie Piper who played the beloved Rose Tyler, the first companion of the 2005 revived series, will be on the panel with Darvill!

Here is the official date, time and information for Darvill and Piper’s panel by Wizard World’s official website:

SUNDAY, AUGUST 23 – 11:30-12:15PM: WIBBLY WOBBLY TIMEY WIMEY WITH BILLIE PIPER AND ARTHUR DARVILL (ROOM 24)

If you are at Wizard World Chicago throughout the other days too, make sure to check out Tony’s additional panels that he will be moderating:

FRIDAY, AUGUST 21

*1:30-2:15PM GEEK WARS (ROOM 14)
“As nerds, we love to have fun but we also like engaging in important cultural topics. Join professional nerds as they battle it out over geek trivia while also discussing relevant social topics like racial stereotyping in comics, feminisms in film, online bullying, and much more. This will be a lively and enlightening conversation that might challenge your view on the pop culture world.”
Moderated by Tony Kim.

*3:30-4:15PM MARVEL V DC: THE DAWN OF NERDOM (ROOM 14)
“Nothing has done more to bring our fandom to mainstream than the Marvel and DC films. However, not all films are created equal. Join profession nerds as they compare and contrast decades of great (and not so great) films from our favorite caped crusaders. This is must for superhero cinephile of the Marvel and DC universe.”
Moderated by Tony Kim.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 22

*4:30-5:15PM STAR WARS FAN PANEL (ROOM 14)
“In four months, we will live in a world enlightened by the existence of Star Wars Episode VII! In preparation, we invite you to a panel dedicated to all things Star Wars. Professional nerds will challenge the crowd with Star Wars trivia, discuss the significance of Star Wars culture, and speculate on the future of living in a galaxy far, far away!”
Moderated by Tony Kim.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 23

*1:00-1:45PM THE MOST RACIST PANEL EVER! (ROOM 14)
“Got your attention now?! So much has changed in our pop culture world- however, there are still many obstacles when it comes to experiencing ethnic or other marginalized heroes in media. Join us for this challenging topic as multicultural nerds discuss the cultural barriers, systemic problems, and the artistic gaps, that keep us from seeing diverse representation in comics, TV, and film.”
